Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative team environment.
Customer master data and SAP business owner
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend new tools or features to enhance the platform's capabilities.
Constant improvement of the Salesforce platform to ensuring optimal usage of the platform in line with Medis’ business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
Train new users and assist users to design solutions, translating the requirements into best practice.
Collaborate closely with Teva IT business analysts and developers.
Responsible for additional specific tasks/projects as assigned by the Sr. Director Commercial Operations and Marketing
Your experience and qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce expert (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant) with hands on expertise in Sales force customization, configuration, and integration
Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate Teva’s Leadership principles by setting clear direction, lead with humility, and inspire and motivate.
Excellent presentation skills, analytical skill and data mining capabilities
Understanding of the commercial principles of the generic industry
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration
3+ years’ experience in Salesforce or other relevant CRM systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
3+ years’ experience in managerial roles
