About the role

As the Regional Director for the SEE region, you will plan, direct, and lead the execution of all regional business strategies to achieve key performance indicators. You will provide leadership to ensure the full integration of all in-region sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, operations, and human resource processes. You will be responsible for driving International and Regional initiatives into the regional business while monitoring and measuring performance against objectives.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement an annual regional business plan and specific market-focused strategies to grow the business profitably.

  • Guide the development of market strategies to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with key opinion leaders and government officials.

  • Lead major strategic sales initiatives and participate in developing, negotiating, and managing major accounts.

  • Lead the sales process with sales managers, ensuring appropriate resources are dedicated to each division.

  • Support the Finance function in the development and implementation of sound financial practices.

  • Participate in quarterly Management Review of Quality Meetings to manage regulatory compliance, quality systems, and product registrations.

  • Manage multi-account Third-Party business for distributors, choosing and developing distribution partners.

  • Build a dynamic local business culture within BSC's values.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key performance metrics and protect company assets.
