Purpose and Objectives:

Skills and Experience:

• SAP Sustainability Solutions Expertise : Demonstrated experience with SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, Sustainability Control Tower, and SAP RDP, with a strong understanding of sustainability practices and regulations.
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA Modelling Proficiency : Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP systems and SAP HANA Modelling, including experience with SAP Datasphere, to support robust data management and analytics.
• Advanced Analytics and Reporting : Proficiency in creating stories, dashboards, and BI reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including skills in data modelling and visualization to derive actionable insights.
• Project Management and Leadership : A minimum of 5 years of experience in executing SAP implementation projects, with a focus on sustainability and analytics. Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strategic Planning : Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that integrate sustainability and analytics solutions within business operations, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and impactful sustainability reporting.
• Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication skills for effectively engaging stakeholders at various levels, coupled with strong collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on SAP sustainability solutions (SCT/SFM/RDP), S/4HANA ERP systems, SAP HANA Modelling, SAP Datasphere and SAC.
• Certifications related to SAP SCT, SFM, RDP, SAC or SAP S4 HANA are desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to tackling sustainability challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the sustainability domain.
