Skills and Experience:

• Strategic Leadership in SAP Sustainability Solutions: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a strong record in leading end-to-end implementation projects leveraging SAP ESG tools such as Sustainability Footprint Management, Sustainability Control Tower, and SAP Responsible Design & Production (SAP RDP).
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Modelling, and SAP Datasphere: Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP systems, SAP HANA Modelling, and SAP Datasphere, enabling effective data management and sustainability integration.
• Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Advanced proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), capable of creating sophisticated stories, dashboards, and BI reports to drive data-driven sustainability decisions.
• Project Management and Organizational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in the delivery of complex SAP implementations, with a focus on sustainability projects. Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Innovative Solution Development: Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative sustainability solutions that align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver impactful sustainability outcomes.
• Communication and Influence : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization and foster a culture of sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sustainability, or related fields from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in roles focused on SAP sustainability solutions, with significant leadership responsibilities in project management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Modelling, SAP Datasphere, and proficiency in creating analytical and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Proven track record of at least three end-to-end implementation experiences involving the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) considerations into business processes, covering all phases from proposal through to deployment. This should include defining project scope, managing stakeholder expectations, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions, and ensuring successful adoption and value realization.
• SAP certifications, particularly in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP HANA, are highly desirable, indicating a recognized level of expertise and commitment to staying abreast of the latest SAP technologies and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams towards achieving sustainability and business goals.
