- Design and implement growth programs that optimize merchant engagement, including sponsored listings and promotional strategies.
- Drive P&L-focused decisions and operational improvements to boost business performance.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align regional and global strategies.
Basic Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in operational, analytical, or strategic roles in technology, finance, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting data to guide decision-making.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of delivering measurable results through process improvements and innovative problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques, including proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in P&L management and making data-driven business decisions.
