Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of hiring processes in Israel, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and best practices
Ensure recruiting processes help achieve business goals and provide a great candidate experience
Build relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner, you will work with different leads in the organization and support them on all their hiring needs. The type of roles you will be looking for can vary from Front- to Backend developers, DevOps, Data, QA, CS, Product Management, and more
Engage talent — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process. Do active sourcing and utilize social media and other sources to keep a healthy candidate pipeline, and manage the selection process to ensure achieving KPIs
Work with our candidate tracking system and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and use data
Work with HR team members: HRBPs, employer branding, employee engagement manager and HR analyst
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an end-to-end recruiter in high-tech companies
Deep understanding of technological profiles from different areas of the high-tech/ technology industry
High attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple areas
Passion for recruitment and technology
Great communication skills, cross-team collaboration, creative, independent, curious, and committed
A data-driven approach to recruiting
Experience working with recruiting systems (ATS), HR systems, and Office / G suite
