What you'll be doing - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from the kickoff meeting to the offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and support the assessment processes for positions, including conducting in-depth interviews, simulations, and reference checks.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration.
- Act as an advisor and partner to the business, promoting best recruitment practices and helping to solve recruiting challenges.
- Implement effective, data-driven hiring processes.
What we're looking for - Experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and advanced sourcing in the high-tech industry.
- Extensive experience with highly technical roles that are in high demand in the market.
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Native-level English proficiency.
