As a Sr. Recruiter, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles in R&D, Product, and other areas.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on talent acquisition.
- Build strong candidate relationships and enhance the candidate experience.
- Focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and creative, low-cost strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on the latest recruiting technology, trends, and practices.
- Champion Gong’s operating principles and unique culture.

- Have 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably a high-growth one.
