Your Impact

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize Cisco opportunity within the customer environment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct insightful sales presentations, simplifying complex technical information to promote Cisco's innovative solutions.
• Identify market trends and shifts, staying informed of new products and competition to strategically position Cisco's offerings.
• Manage customer relations issues, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in sales or account management within the technology or telecommunications industry.
• Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and cultivate client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in strategic account management with a focus on solution selling for business and IT solutions.

· Understanding of the technical aspects of networking, data center, Enterprise software sales & cloud services/solutions.

• Demonstrated success in market expansion and strategic account development.
• Excellent strategic planning skills, self-motivated with a focus on execution.
