What You'll Do

Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting.

Defines, communicates and implements the Go to Market strategy for allocated segment - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.

Applies knowledge/skill to a range of activities; acts as a source of expertise for others in assigned segments.

Aggressively acts to understand client needs and identity solutions to non-standard tasks.

Works independently to meet agreed targets

  • Who You Are
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of successful sales experience.
  • Tactical expeirence in working with and selling through partners.
  • Sales experiences in managing volume and Small Business will be an asset.
  • Experience in building sales propositions to clients
  • Outstanding selling skills in a complex matrix environment - selling outcomes & experiences, also can talk to technical people.
  • Excellent negotiation skills (commercial and technical)
  • Influencing skills at all levels from the board room level to the buyer
  • Identify solutions for their clients
  • Relationship management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
