Your role:
- Lead a team of Account Managers, Technical and Clinical Applications Specialists
- Ensure the Specialists are providing deep clinical and technical knowledge of theirproducts and modalities to support both pre and post sales activities
- Develop and practice effective coaching skills to create a high performing team and foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing.

Minimum of 10 years of industry (healthcare / medical device) experience involving
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in management with solid people leadership skills and 10+ years in industry (healthcare/ Medical device
- Your skills include developing business strategy to achieve or exceed goals, metrics and expectations on complex large scale deals
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred as you will be working with customers Canada wide including Quebec
- You have a bachelors degree and MBA is preferred
- Youparticipate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricingstrategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established
