The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Account Manager to join us in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will promote sales in your assigned account (one of the top global banks) , ensure customer satisfaction, and manage booking numbers. You'll develop and maintain relationships within this account and sell Red Hat solutions while working with our system integrator (SI) partners. You will gain an understanding of their technical and business challenges. As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will collaborate with this account to discover new opportunities, use previous solutions as blueprints for future success, and build relationships with C-level executives to ease the technological decision-making.
What you will do
Manage complex software sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining sustainable revenue across technologies
Understand the customer's business, technical requirements, and industry challenges
What you will bring
10+ years of direct selling experience in complex software solutions to global banks and global Financial Services institutions through multiple decision-makers
Understanding of the financial services market, landscape , partners, solutions, architectures
Understanding of the complex decision making process in large , global banks
The salary range for this position is 266,000 - 439,000 CAD OTE (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
