Assist in managing our portfolio of UX initiatives. You’ll help monitor the health of active projects and support the planning of future needs, including forecasting team capacity and skill demands.
Collaborate with senior UX and product leaders across the company to support prioritization and triage of incoming requests. You’ll translate these requests into actionable tasks and work closely with UX Managers to ensure successful delivery.
Support the management of strategic UX initiatives, including maintaining project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating goals to project stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously, working cross-functionally with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and extended team members to keep projects moving forward and on schedule.
Contribute to streamlining UX processes, both within the team and in partnership with other departments, helping to ensure efficiency as we grow.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Proven experience as a program/project manager or in a similar operational role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Excellent communication skills. A team player who can identify problems, propose solutions, and turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
Passion for user experience and familiarity with the disciplines of design, user research, and product development.
Ability to prioritize effectively and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working with JIRA for project tracking and management.
Experience with SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in a startup or rapidly growing company.
