Description
- Complex diary management for the Head of Sales Finance across multiple time zones.- Schedule, manage agendas and attend key leadership meetings with absolute discretion and keep abreast of follow up actions.- Produce and circulate organisation wide comms including announcements, newsletters, event invitations, and generic comms as necessary.- Assist with adhoc documents such as agendas, Keynote presentations and itineraries.- Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.- Support new hire onboarding.- Send Composer emails advertising internal job opportunities and maintain the database following the chains of movement for annual reporting.- Conduct research and manage ad hoc projects as required.- Organise creative team building/networking/social events for the organisation and sole ownership of the Summer and Winter Party.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years Executive Assistant experience supporting at a senior level.
  • Batchelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently and expeditiously with independent/sound judgement.
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
  • Must be confident to take ownership of projects, making complicated decisions on their own when needed or know when to delegate issues upward.
