Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading teams with a strong focus on process optimization & improvement, demonstrating a track record of driving innovation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, & negotiation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, with a strategic & broad-thinking mindset.
- Experience managing large-scale or global projects, including process mapping, technical documentation, test planning, & user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Proficiency in navigating key systems, tools, & emerging technologies to enhance the speed & efficiency of delivered solutions.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics & /or Engineering preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- - Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics & /or Engineering preferred.
- - Experience in Product Operations, demonstrating an ability to streamline processes & improve efficiency in product management & delivery. However, if you feel you have relevant experience in another area, you are encouraged to apply.
