Job Description

Analysis and Planning:

• Gains tumor specific insights through in-depth understanding of healthcare environment, government & hospital policies, target patients, and potentials HCPs

• Identifies the pain points and unmet needs in the patient journey at account level and partner with cross functional teams on the development, design and implementation of the solutions to improve patient experiences and accelerate access to appropriated medicine and treatment

• Analyzes and identifies business opportunities and coordinates with Product Manager in developing Business plan and key tactic including innovative programs to support new tumor launch

Business Execution:

• Develops deep specialist product and disease state knowledge and engages top / initial prescribers with scientific and clinical information to enhance their understanding and advocacy of our product & tumor type

• Coordinates with sales team and Product Manager to deploy approved promotional materials and activities

• Executes effective call plans by developing individualized and orchestrating the Omni-channel Customer Engagement (OCE) plan for potential customers aligned with each customer’s unique needs and preferences

• Updates HCPs adoption level, persona and target segmentation continuously

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong patients, HCPs, market, and healthcare system understanding

• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, customer focus, results oriented, planning & organizing

• Cross-functional collaboration and experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both internal and external

• Positive and Entrepreneurship mindset with winning attitude
