His/her responsibilities include but not limited to:2) Engage, influence and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of regional marketing strategy and activities.

- 10+ years’ experience in regional marketing, project management or leading delivery of large/cross functional programs.
- Proved record of building marketing strategy and programs, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong marketing and business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users. Must be metrics-driven.
- Capability to move easily between generating big, strategic ideas, and driving hands-on process improvement along with team.
- Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines in dynamic business environment.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, MBA would be a plus.
