• Onboarding Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire onboarding process for Italian sellers, including orientation sessions, development, and distribution of tailored onboarding materials, and coordination of training sessions.
• Primary Contact for New Sellers: Serve as the primary point of contact for all queries from new Italian sellers during the onboarding phase, ensuring seamless integration into the platform.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Units, Team Leaders, and other relevant departments to efficiently meet all onboarding requirements.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Continuously enhance the onboarding process based on feedback from stakeholders and management to improve future experiences.
• Relationship Building with SMB Accounts : Develop operational and commercial relationships with SMB accounts, setting clear onboarding goals and aiding their integration into eBay’s Start-Up Scale-Up program.
• Best Practices Coaching: Coach new sellers on best practices for efficient scaling on eBay and educate them on using eBay’s suite of marketing and promotional tools effectively.

• Fluency in Italian and English: Essential for communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Relationship Building: Ability to establish strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Negotiation Skills : Proficient in negotiation to source critical inventory for seller success.
• Organizational Skills : Confident self-starter with excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability & Travel : Capable of operating with agility, effectively navigating change, and open to required travel.
• Experience & Results-Driven : Minimum 1 year GSE experience, consistently achieving goals under challenging circumstances, with a focus on deriving actionable insights from data analysis.
