YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive thoughtful, strategic and enterprise level strategy for our most ambitious customers.

  • Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.

  • Accountable for bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and value delivered.

  • Enable smooth transition and partnership into our delivery team with effective margins, staffing plans, approach and Salesforce methodology.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers to accelerate value and improve customer outcomes.

  • Pilot awareness within a micro-vertical to develop repeatable motions.

  • Serve as a key SME, leader, and services consultant to our sales teams.

  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience owning or leading a book-of-business, within a consultative sales role.

  • Experience working within a consulting landscape.

  • Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation and/or a blended sales and project delivery background.

  • Experience driving a strategic motion, including value propositions, execution planning, teaming, outcomes-based engagements, working with customers through a visioning process, assessing business value outcomes, and developing plans to support the realization of that value through a structured program.

  • Skilled in maneuvering and working with the C-Suite during a strategy cycle.

  • Proven ability to present business value led pitches and effectively negotiate terms aligned with margin targets.

  • Recognize the importance of timing to close deals and are able to balance driving the closing cycle while being responsive to the customer’s needs and fundamentally building trust in the relationship.

  • Capable of building assets from scratch, including marketing, sales, and strategy solutions.

  • Experience with global procurement leads to settle pricing and deal strategy.

  • Background in delivering critical initiatives and/or programs for a firm-based model or product company.

  • Can exercise empowered judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results aligned with goals of the company and within associated guidance.

  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Proficiency in English AND Spanish languag

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience selling and/or delivering Professional Services in a context similar to Salesforce or a Global System Integrator type environment.

  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+).

  • Highly collaborative and excels in a matrix organizational model (aligning with other business functions).
