Your Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies into operational execution. Your role encompasses the full HR spectrum, with 50% of your responsibilities focused on supporting the Danish EY- Parthenon business and the other 50% dedicated to a broader Nordic perspective, including coordinating Nordic EY-Parthenon and other Nordic HR projects. The responsibilities would include:

  • Driving the annual performance review and remuneration process.
  • Coaching leaders and managing performance and talent processes.
  • Being visible in the business and build strong relationships and understand the needs of employees and leaders.
  • Analyzing data to identify needs and crafting tailored solutions for talent development.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters and supporting the broader HR agenda.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are seeking a personable, pragmatic, and proactive communicator who excels at building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You should be comfortable presenting in both physical and virtual settings and fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written) are essential.
