WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the EMEA Procurement Director you will be managing the Marketing & Events Procurement team in EMEA. A team of category & supporting experts. You will work closely with the Global Procurement Marketing team to build impactful category strategies for the EMEA region.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Marketing Procurement
- Expertise in EMEA marketing agencies (Media, Creative and Events)
- Strong procurement, strategic sourcing and category management skills
- Leadership in global, cross functional teams
- Strategic influencer with senior stakeholders
- Project management, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results
- Deep knowledge of spend management (TCO approach, demand management, compliance and supplier collaboration).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to define problems and drive solutions
- Proven experience consulting with business partners, including independently identifying business partner needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting cost date, researching market trends and applying best practices
- Inspiring leadership, coaching teams to innovate, take smart risks and deliver results
- Agility and adaptability in fast- paces high- performance procurement environment
