JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with members of the Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership teams to develop and implement new commercial capabilities.
  • Lead certain sales campaigns in targeted segments/product groups.
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
  • Pipeline and lead-to-revenue management to drive faster sales velocity and higher win rates.
  • Routine assessment of the salesforce’s capabilities, coverage, pipeline and maturity gap analysis.
  • Leverage and provide inputs to evolve the analytical dashboards and business insights that inform leadership at multiple levels on how to drive sales performance.
  • Align Sales, Sales Leadership, Product Leadership, and Marketing to drive more successful sales campaigns.
  • Manage and facilitate product and value prop training for salespeople.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Success in managing complex projects and changing priorities, making sound decisions, and working effectively in matrix environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial, Sales Operations, Program Management, and/or Marketing Leadership roles with increasing responsibility within a B2B environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
  • Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
