Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Construction Project Management,Contract Managementor Construction Management.

• 15-20years of progressive responsibility inleadingData Center,semiconductor, Oil-gas,Bio-Pharmaceutical or other large scale construction projects

• Degrees and/or professional licenses inEngineering,ConstructionManagement,ContractManagement,Project Management and Leadership

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, ability to provide clear direction to a diverse teamand quickly resolve issues gating project progression

• Experienceleading and drivingmultiple,large multi-faceted projects, including Safety Management, Quality Management, Risk Management,Contract Management,Project Controlsand experience in Fabrication facilities

• Strong abilitytolead a large teamindependentlyin order tomanage projects predictably in Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule and Risk Management, and positivelyinfluence cross-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Leadership of Safety,Qualityand predictable delivery to meet the business need date and cost expectations.
• Responsible forleadingproject delivery across multiple campuses and oversight of project teams on those projects
• Directfiscal responsibility for the approved project budget.
• Promotecollaborationwith all partners and stakeholders in support of the project delivery
• Provide direct oversight of the Construction Managers within the Metro and overall team to ensure that the projects are delivered to expectations

• Responsible forLeadership across multiple campuses forSafety,Qualityandpredictable delivery to meet the business need date and cost expectations.
• Create andmaintainbest practices toidentifyand incorporate cost-effective solutions.
• Manage GC(s) and vendor performance along with their integration with internal partners to ensureon time and on budget project delivery
• Drive deployment of solutions that can be socialized globally acrossEPCprojects.
• Facilitate decision-making to drivetimelysolutions, schedules, and manage change asrequired.
• Apply influence, strategies, and negotiation skills toidentifyoptions and recommend solutionsto meet project delivery expectations.

Communication

• Provide the project with a single point of contact for development and delivery.
• Regularly reviews cost and KPI metrics, invoices, process/policy communications to client partners.
• Coordinate meetings and activities of vendors, cost managers, and integration of lessons learned.
• Attendscheduled owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, andreportas necessary.
• Report Project Progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly or asrequired.
• Provide weekly project status reporting to DCD standards

Vendor Management and Contract Compliance

• Provide Vendor oversight and performance management by walking the construction sites daily.
• Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP’s), PER’s, and other project approval tools & templates.
• Review and approval of vendor scope of work, and design review of site and building plans.
• Validate vendor pay-application and invoice review and approval.
• Manage compliance with prior audit results and recommendations.
