As a support in the Client Center Team, you will welcome our guests, as well as maintain and reflect the JPMorgan "first-class-experience".
We offer a part-time job for 19 hours per week
Job responsibilities
- Assist, tend to, and anticipate guest's needs:
- Guest check-in & greeting
- Beverage and catering services
- Escort guests
- Room setup
- Fulfillment of customer requests and inquiries
- Update changes to security
- Communicate special requests to kitchen/catering
- Communicate AV requests
- Assist on taking reservations via e-mail and telephone and provide customer service to all users (incl. external guests and senior executives)
- Oversee the reservation book
- Various administrative tasks such as: invoice processing
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized
- Basic knowledge of English, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Team player
- Attention to detail
