The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will collaborate across departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cultural dynamics within organizations and a proven interest in implementing effective cultural initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
  • Manage Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering, Swag, Maintenance and others)
  • Supports making sure that the office space — with all its facilities — meets the employees’ needs.
  • Managing and updating data in company databases or CRM systems while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support in creating compelling experiences to all FlyMates, in order to increase engagement and participation
  • Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals, and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
  • Supports in designing and implementing Experience Frameworks
  • Propose, plan and manage events (corporate and social) and other initiatives to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment (For both, our remote Flymates and at the office)
  • Collaborate with People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company’s overall strategy and operations.
  • Develops communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Supports establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs. Tracks and analyzes relevant metrics to assess program impact and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
  • Recommends programs and strategies to deploy community based cultural initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.
  • Champion a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.
  • They’re the Voice of the Staff When Major Workplace Investments Are Being Considered
  • Working Location: On-site in our office in the city centre of Valencia
  • Working Hours: 20h/week. Flexible schedule

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
  • Attention to Detail & Data Management: Strong skills in managing and updating data in company databases systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
