You will report directly to our VP, Global Talent Management & Learning and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by shaping the future of its workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. Your strategic leadership will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops its employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being. By championing diversity and inclusion, managing talent acquisition effectively, and leading talent development initiatives, you will contribute to a thriving and agile workforce.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives specific to our
  • Corporate functions. (Commercial, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Lead talent management strategy, strategic execution & process to develop and retain talent for the organization.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Connect Talent Management Strategy & Development Programs to employee engagement initiatives lead by the DEI team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Partner with HR Business Unit leaders and HR COE leaders to drive the talent management strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with talent management laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on talent management best practices

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving talent management initiatives and delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and talent development best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in a corporate talent management role
  • Experience in managing talent acquisition and talent development programs.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
