You will report directly to our VP, Global Talent Management & Learning and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. Your strategic leadership will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops its employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being. By championing diversity and inclusion, managing talent acquisition effectively, and leading talent development initiatives, you will contribute to a thriving and agile workforce.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives specific to our
- Corporate functions. (Commercial, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Lead talent management strategy, strategic execution & process to develop and retain talent for the organization.
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Connect Talent Management Strategy & Development Programs to employee engagement initiatives lead by the DEI team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with HR Business Unit leaders and HR COE leaders to drive the talent management strategy.
- Ensure compliance with talent management laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on talent management best practices

YOU MUST HAVE - 8+ years of experience in talent management or related field.
- Proven track record of driving talent management initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and talent development best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
WE VALUE - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a corporate talent management role
- Experience in managing talent acquisition and talent development programs.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
