You will report directly to our VP, Human Resources and you'll work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by shaping the future of its workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. By championing diversity and inclusion, developing leadership skills in talent management and personally leading talent development initiatives, you will contribute to a thriving and agile workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives

• Develop and maintain a consistent and effective talent MOS created to meet UOP’s most pressing talent needs

• Design and implement talent development programs and process to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Collaborate through the business and with HR partners and COE leads to implement corporate initiated talent programs as well to benchmark for best practice

• Coach and train leaders in talent management best practices

• Be fully accountable for our talent metrics and ensuring positive change year over year.

The annual base salaryrange for this position is $199,000-249,000. Please note that this salaryinformation serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factorswhen extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope andresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, educationand training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in talent management or related field.

• Proven track record of driving talent management initiatives and delivering results.

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and talent development best practices.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Experience in a corporate talent management role.

• Experience in managing talent acquisition and talent development programs.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
