Employee Equity Programs: Manage and design employee equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Shares, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with securities regulations and financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing the monthly stock package process, ESPP operations, budgeting, forecasting, and related activities.Annual Compensation Planning: Lead all aspects of equity-related processes during the Annual Compensation Planning cycle, including system setup, strategy development, timeline management, budget reconciliation, and administrative updates as required.Executive Compensation Support: Design, implement, and manage competitive executive compensation programs, encompassing base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives (equity and non-equity).Compensation Committee Support: Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee, providing data analysis and insights on executive pay programs. Collaborate with People leadership, finance, legal, and external consultants to align with governance and compliance standards. Assist in drafting proxy statement disclosures, including the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A), ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.Competitive Market Assessment: Contribute to annual assessments of equity compensation programs to evaluate market competitiveness. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and present recommendations for program enhancements.
