Your way to impact

  • Analyzing the functionality of salesforce platform

  • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the software against the business requirements

  • Determining operational objectives by analyzing and documenting business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and processes

  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

  • Recommending controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

Your day to day

  • Developing process frameworks, deployments and automation in salesforce and related salesforce tools, such as Conga, Copado, Quip and more.

  • Fully understand and facilitate the business operations/processes underlying current SFDC implementation and offer solutions to improve functionality

  • Perform SFDC and GBQ/SQL data extraction, manipulation, processing, and analysis

  • Cross functional role offering administrative & data analysis support with capacity to lead and drive projects for project and system enhancements Skillset and Experience

  • Supporting and working with additional tools such as Five9, Gong, Pardot, LeanData, CPQ, CRM Analytics, and multiple SFDC instances

What do you need to bring-

  • Salesforce Admin 201 Certification Required / Salesforce Admin background.

  • 4+ years of exposure with Apex, including classes, triggers, extensions, asynchronous processing, and unit testing, Flows.

  • Demonstrated knowledge with Copado deployment (Certification stronglydesired).

  • Demonstrated knowledge of when to leverage declarative solutions over Apex & Lightning Web Components.

  • Ability to problem solve, triage, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce Implementations and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience with contract and content management tools such as: Conga, CPQ, Quip, Gainsight, and more.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at once

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong oral/verbal and written communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommend actions

  • Ability to learn and support new systems.
