职位目标：

1. SMT & Ball mounter工艺良率提升。

2. SMT & Ball mounter 工艺开发及新技术开发。

3. 与TD同事合作，release新工艺。

工作内容：

1. 定期审核良率、FA失效、维修状况，确保每站工序正常运行；

2. 参与新设备和新工艺的开发；

3. 带领项目优化产线效率，通过项目实施，持续性的提升良率、交期、FA的失效比例等；

4. 参与团队其他成员的项目并提出建议；

5. 质量同事合作确保客诉达标 持续优化文件，以及准备第三方审核相关资料；

熟悉质量管理工具，掌握6sigma管理理论；

电子或者机械行业本科

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
