• 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Project management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
