职位目标：

1. 根据生产计划安排，维护设备，改机换型量产工作任务，产量和良率达到目标。

2. 确保设备处于良好的工作状态，减少非计划停机时间。

工作内容：

1. 完成每天的设备故障维修，确保设备处于良好的工作状态，非计划停机时间在控制范围内。

2. 快速切换产品型号，确认产品相关生产信息，确保生产计划顺利进行 确保各项记录、表单准确与完整填写。

3. 协助有效实施设备的预防性维护计划，确保设备的PM顺利实施。 配合工程师进行新设备的安装调试。

4.控制原材料、生产辅料及附件和设备备品备件的消耗，参与或开展降低成本和设备优化的改进项目。

1. 配合生产安排，如有必要，顶替操作员工作。

任职资格

1. 熟悉气动元件及回路控制，能看懂机械部件图纸和电气原理图。熟练掌握英语读写和相关电脑软件操作。

2. 有三年以上设备维护工作经验/管理经验（应届生也可）。

3. 机械或电子专业大专及以上学历。
