Job Target:

1.Ensure that the equipment is in good working condition, unplanned downtime is less than 2%.

  1. Loss of control of spare parts, actively participate in or carry out the cost reduction projects.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  1. According a plan to arrange a changing of place work module type, PM.

  2. The establishment plans to arrange the equipment PM and periodical to do calibration.

  3. Ensure the each record, form and list and equipment down time accurate and complete.

  4. The coordination arranges the equipment of testing to get upgrade and reform plan, completes equipment to get upgrade.

  5. Develop each cost down and the equipment optimize, improvement item.

  6. The stability that works to the equipment carries on analysis, and draw up an improvement plan to raise equipment stability.

Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with pneumatic components and loop control, can read mechanical part drawings or electrical diagram. Have certain English reading and writing and computer operation foundation.

  2. Have 3+ years working experience of equipment maintenance / management experience.

  3. Mechanical or electronic professional, college and above

  4. Have the team cooperation spirit, have group management cooperation ability.
