Be responsible for working with the global Channel team to define the strategy for partner programs.
Own the execution of the global channel programs - co-sell an reseller program.
Continously improve the partner experience and program adoption.
Work cross-functionally within JFrog to continuously optimize the channel program operations.
Track program performance and milestones, creating executive summary dashboards and views.
Collaborate with partner marketing to create joint marketing materials, including program materials, training content, and partner references.
Collaborate with internal JFrog sales enablement teams to build out enablement content for JFrog sellers to help deepen the knowledge of how to best work with channel partners.
To be a Senior Channel Programs BD in JFrog you need...
At least 10 to 12 years of experience working in partnership organizations and driving key initiatives and GTM motions with and for partners.
Experience driving incremental revenue growth for an organization through channel programs.
Superior organizational skills, including the ability to make progress on multiple work streams at once.
Builder mentality; the ability to turn ambiguity into the process.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
This position has a base salary range between $160,000 to $180,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
