Provide mentoring and support of Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, CATIA V5, CATIA 3DX and change management processes
Provide remote and onsite technical support to internal Tesla engineering for all engineering applications at Tesla
Establish and document best practices to enable teams to function efficiently and understand business processes, gather requirements, and help validate solutions that are aligned with business goals
Work with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancements
Investigate and explore capabilities of engineering tools to improve design methods, and change management
License management support, including enrollment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Monitor and track support request in a service desk application
What You’ll Bring
Education in mechanical engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of progressive experience in the industry
Advanced knowledge of one or more of 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, SolidWorks, and MQL
Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity through impeccable communication, documentation
Exhibit strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and project management experience
Excellent customer service approach
Experience in the automotive industry with numerous CAD/PLM Systems is preferred
Scripting or programming skills preferred (EKL, PowerShell, Batch, C#, etc)
