This job is responsible for generating ideas on best practices for new products and assisting in the review of product development requirements. Key responsibilities include providing advice to Sales teams on product related questions, providing ongoing problem resolution to global subsidiaries concerned with bank accounts, credit requirements, and associated bank systems, and monitoring bank performance and service levels in conjunction with operational support areas. Job expectations include assisting in solution opportunities for strategic clients in Global Transaction Services.
Responsibilities:
Supports the identification and creation of plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities;
Supports the development of the product strategy to drive products in cash management and provide comprehensive solutions across the bank, while communicating with Sales Officers to address pricing questions and/or issues from the Sales team
Understands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams;
Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs within BofA risk framework.and ensure high adoption rates;
Reviews and prices products and services in partnership with Product managers, analyzing the profitability of the client and/or specific services, and recommending solutions to clients;
Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide technology requirements for development of an integrated and automated client experience.
