In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

  • Candidate must have at least 4+ years of solid expertise in corporate event planning, marketing coordination or administrative support

  • Must have strong project management and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites [especially Excel and PowerPoint] and Google Workspace

  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, clients and vendors

  • Familiarity with event tools like Cvent

  • Background in a B2B or corporate marketing environment is an advantage

  • Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms [Zoom, Microsoft Teams]

  • Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and travel for event support

  • Candidate must be amenable to work at Taguig City

Job Expectations:

  • Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of the organization’s events.

  • Collaborate with Internal teams to align event goals with Organization objective.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, venues, speakers and service providers

  • Manage logistics such as venue setup, equipment rental, branding materials and catering

  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, invoice processing and reconciliation of the event

  • Handle onsite support, including event setup, staff coordination and issue resolution

  • Ensure adherence to corporate branding, compliance and safety protocols
