What you’ll do
1) Lead transactional task and activities according to Cash Collections standard processes.
2) Lead the preparation of reports, documentation, and month-end-delivery for internal and external purposes.
3) Ensure that the processes and the internal controls are SOX compliant
6) Responsible for solving escalations, de-escalations and problem prevention
8) Create a positive relation and cooperation with stakeholders.
What you bring
- English and Portuguese fluent speaker
- College degree in finance
- At least 3 years' experience in finance
- Preferably experience on team leading
- Experience with Shared Service Centre
- Excellent understanding of Collections processes and operations
- SAP System knowledge (ERP, CRM, CMS), Portal, Dashboard Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
