Position Overview:

  • Merchandising Standards : Style points count! Ensure your store layout and visual merchandising are always on-trend and on-brand.

  • Inventory & Transaction Management : Keep inventory flowing like a fast break, with efficient delivery processing and smooth transactions at the cash register.

  • Loss Prevention & Safety : Play strong defense. Safeguard store assets and maintain a safe, productive environment for customers and team members alike.

  • Recruitment & Training : Scout new talent and get them up to speed. Foster a high-energy, winning culture with clear expectations and plenty of constructive feedback.

  • Collaboration & Growth : Team up with the District Manager to spot rising stars and share best practices, ensuring all district stores thrive.

  • Continuous Development : Never stop learning! Complete all training programs and look for new ways to up your game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local/market-specific tasks and projects as needed.
  • Build relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors, vendors, support functions, and local administrators.

Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience:
-Experience: Minimum of 18 months in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of management experience.-Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, intermediate numeracy, and literacy.
