The focus of your daily work is to make every interaction a positive and valuable experience for our customers:
- Listen to our customers and understand issues described in incidents
- Foster customer relationships by utilizing real-time channels
- Provide timely and regular updates as well as solutions according to our Service Level Agreements
- Reproduce issues in our internal test landscape, perform detailed root cause analysis and resolve known errors
- Cooperate closely with our colleagues from development testing new or enhanced functionality to ensure high quality of product features
- Create meaningful documentation of solutions to known issues and consulting questions
- Willingness to learn continuously and enhance skills beyond own core functional focus
- A basic understanding of on-premise and cloud-based solutions
What you bring / Das solltest du mitbringen
- Fluent in both German and English (oral/written) to support our growing customer base.
- Very good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive work attitude and ability to drive and finalize topics and tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- ABAP is a plus
- Knowledge in the healthcare sector is a plus
