The focus of your daily work is to make every interaction a positive and valuable experience for our customers:

• Listen to our customers and understand issues described in incidents
• Foster customer relationships by utilizing real-time channels
• Provide timely and regular updates as well as solutions according to our Service Level Agreements
• Reproduce issues in our internal test landscape, perform detailed root cause analysis and resolve known errors
• Cooperate closely with our colleagues from development testing new or enhanced functionality to ensure high quality of product features
• Create meaningful documentation of solutions to known issues and consulting questions
• Willingness to learn continuously and enhance skills beyond own core functional focus
• A basic understanding of on-premise and cloud-based solutions

What you bring / Das solltest du mitbringen

• Fluent in both German and English (oral/written) to support our growing customer base.
• Very good communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive work attitude and ability to drive and finalize topics and tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• ABAP is a plus
• Knowledge in the healthcare sector is a plus
