What will your job look like:
  • Maintain and monitor all sales reports and work with the team to ensure all payments and POs are on track
  • Manage and maintain the Sales Team Pipeline and data in Salesforce, provide a business overview and accurate sales revenue
  • Collaborate with the logistics and finance department to ensure timely deliveries, and identify potential delivery issues in advanced
  • Work closely with Mobileye’s Salesforce Administrator team to improve processes and ensure Salesforce efficiency
  • Alert representatives regarding urgent issues and update them on order status and delivery details so they can keep customers informed
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure submission of purchase orders and escalate payment issues
  • Distribute weekly sales activity reports to the relevant team members
  • Process customer purchase orders
  • Maintain updated price lists and reference documentation for the sales team
All you need is:
  • B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management or information systems or Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations
  • Experience with Hi-Tech companies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce - advantage)
  • Experience in BI systems - (power BI, Qlik sense, etc.) - advantage
  • Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal EnglishAccuracy and attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to Work under pressure
