WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing, and executing various projects and initiatives for our employees.
- Coordinate social company activities and collaborating with global teams.
- Oversee the entire operation, including budget management, planning, and deliveries.
- Collaboration with a variety of vendors.
- Develop strong working relationships within the Wiz community, embracing its culture and values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a People Experience role within the Hi-Tech industry.
- Experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale welfare activities and global events.
- Experience working with vendors globally.
- Ability to thrive in a global and matrixed organizational structure.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both Hebrew and English.
