In this position, you will be working with engineers and scientists that are developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for current and future silicon technology nodes.

What you'll do:

  • Design process recipe experiments on silicon wafers to drive technology forward.
  • Complete efficiency time studies resulting in new procedures or fixtures to facilitate work in the fab.
  • Create Augmented Reality content for equipment maintenance training and transfer to manufacturing sites.
  • Analyze chemical and spare part consumption trends to find cost saving opportunities.
  • And a wide variety of other opportunities!

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time student pursuing a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a semiconductor-related field.
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in college courses to date.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with operating, maintaining, or repairing complex mechanical systems.
  • Carry a minimum of a 3.5 GPA in college courses to date.
