Working in the LTD-Manufacturing Development team, you willbe responsible for

Working directly with highly skilled technicians to achieve top levels of performance, you will be developing the manufacturing maintenance and operational systems on future manufacturing technologies before they are transferred out to Intel fabs worldwide.

By applying to this Module Engineering position, you will be considered for multiple roles by Intel leadersthe following areas:

Etch, Metrology, Planarization, Lithography, Thin Films, Dielectrics, Module Integration Yield, Diffusion

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and developing procedures and equipment configuration for the module with the end goal of maximizing quality, equipment availability, and output.

  • Defining projects to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity, and manufacturability requirements.

  • Driving improvements over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.

  • Developing solutions to problemsutilizingformal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

  • Establishing the process control systems for the processing module and sustaining the module through the volume ramp.

  • Develops a strategy to resolve difficult problems andestablishsystems to deal with these problems in the future.

  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will respond to production requests for material disposition and alarm response.

*Shift 4 (nights frontend) 7:30PM-8:00AM: Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights.

*Shift 6 (nights backend) 7:30PM-8:00AM: Wed-Fri and alternating Saturday nights.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Musta Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related Semiconductor Scientific STEM field of study. Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by July 2024.

- Availability to work on a Compressed Work Week schedule (as above).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equipment or instrument troubleshooting

  • Materials characterization

  • Statistical data analysis (MATLAB, Excel, JMP, etc.)
