Working directly with highly skilled technicians to achieve top levels of performance, you will be developing the manufacturing maintenance and operational systems on future manufacturing technologies before they are transferred out to Intel fabs worldwide.

By applying to this Module Engineering position, you will be considered for multiple roles by Intel leaders representing the following areas:

Etch, Metrology, Planarization, Lithography, Thin Films, Dielectrics, Module Integration Yield, Diffusion

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and developing procedures and equipment configuration for the module with the end goal of maximizing quality, equipment availability, and output.

  • Defining projects to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity, and manufacturability requirements.

  • Driving improvements over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.

  • Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

  • Establishing the process control systems for the processing module and sustaining the module through the volume ramp.

  • Develops a strategy to resolve difficult problems and establish systems to deal with these problems in the future.

  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will respond to production requests for material disposition and alarm response.

Shifts:

  • Shift 1 Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Shift 4 (nights frontend) PM-AM: Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights

  • Shift 5 (days frontend) AM-PM: Sun-Tues and alternating Wednesday days

  • Shift 6 (nights backend) PM-AM: Wed-Sat and alternating Sunday nights

  • Shift 7 (days backend) AM-PM: Thurs-Sat and alternating Wednesday days

You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must possess a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related Semiconductor Scientific STEM field of study. Must be able to start within 8 months.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equipment or instrument troubleshooting

  • Materials characterization

  • Statistical data analysis (MATLAB, Excel, JMP, etc.)
