Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:Candidate must be pursuing a Master or PhD degree Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related discipline.1+ years experience with ionizing radiation effects (testing campaigns and analysis or modeling).6+ months experience with semiconductor device physics and/or characterization.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in VLSI circuit design, including digital simulationExperience with electrical measurement equipment in characterization of semiconductor devices.Understanding of reliability failure statistics, physics, or failure mechanisms.Experience programming with formal language (C,C++, C#, etc.) and scripting language (JSL, PERL, Python, SQL, TCL, VBScript, etc.)Prior Intel Intern or Scholarship recipient.Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
