Responsibilities
The Industry Solutions Consulting Account Executive (ConAE) is responsible for:
The Consulting Customer Relationship Management and leading the consulting virtual account team.
Realizing Customer Vision through consultative selling, listens & consults, continuously plans to achieve customers business outcomes and uses digital channels to identify and develop new opportunities.
Collaborates with customer and partner connections along with the account team as a One Microsoft Approach adhering to Microsoft processes and methodologies.
Identifies & sells Industry Cloud solutions to address customer challenges through co-Innovation with partners and the broader Microsoft teams to drive Industry cloud adoption, engages cross-industry resources & programs to empower and achieve customer digital transformation.
Delivers operational deal excellence, manages and optimizes time spent collaborating with customers and leads orchestration with core account team members to realize value by exceeding customers' expectations and applying Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline (BANT) qualification approach and profiling Cloud consumption against customer value realization milestones.
Owns and drives the sales cycle developing new business leads, opportunity qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing pre-sales process requirements and driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs.
