About The Role:
- Lead the acquisition and growth of local hero grocers and single aisle merchants, for example butchers or fishmongers in ANZ, bringing the best selection to Uber Eats consumers
- Qualify prospective leads, sell Uber Eats to partners and identify opportunities to jointly grow business
- Establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships with decision-makers, working collaboratively to achieve mutual success
- Negotiate deals and manage the associated commercial and legal processes
- Play a key role in building out a best in class grocery and retail proposition in ANZ
- This role may encompass future account management possibilities upon segment growth
- Collaborate with sales operations teams to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve sales strategies, processes, and execution
The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Track record of effectively managing a strategic pipeline and/or book of business including opportunity/risk analysis, forecasting and outperforming metrics-based business goals.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management - Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms
- Executional Excellence- Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of a consultative selling approach
- Commercial acumen. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner's business.
