Your responsibilities will be to:
Customer Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their decision-making processes and key players.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Business Development Manager and JE’s global resources. Drive tactical execution to secure wins.
Value-Driven Sales : Identify and develop value-added, profitable actuator sales opportunities. Go beyond pricenegotiations—creativelypromote the value of JE solutions.
Contract Management : Secure effective contracts and agreements.
Business Tracking and Analysis : Monitor business wins, engineering developments, and commercial changes. Apply financial analysis to evaluate various choices.
Our requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively.
Analytical mindset with a focus on financial evaluation.
Passion for innovation and driving results.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
4+ years of experience in Automotive Sales
Experience with Industrial Products
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
