JOB DESCRIPTION

Training users to use the appropriate application; analyzing, coordinating across functional areas, and resolving employee time and attendance issues; managing and resolving service desk tickets; and identifying relevant data to collect and report on to provide insight into time and attendance operations and the Timekeeper application.

Work with the Payroll and other Operations project team to include preparing spreadsheets, analyzing data, preparing charts and presentations, and project tracking as needed. They will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Time & Attendance with M&A implementation projects, creating requirements and executing test scripts.

Research and document system requirements based on regulation and local time practices

Ability to interpret and analyze pay rules maintained in the Time and Attendance application, Timekeeper.

Optimization of T&A processes to reduce cycle time and manual entry

Understand and administer employee and approver database tables including departmental security, approver data, work schedules, on/off lot clocking, and crew definition.

Drive permanent fixes to issues (lessons learned, no repetitive failures) & focus on EMEA issue resolution.

Manage EE/stakeholder communications when required.

Train EE’s/users on existing system & prepare accordingly T&A materials for existing systems and new functionality.

Analyze inconsistencies to determine root cause and solutions.

Work with cross functional counterparts to understand and resolve issues

Provide time & attendance/wage & hour subject matter expertise of an area in question to resolve an employee issue

Create and execute UAT scripts for system integrations.

UAT Participation to test any upgrades, ASR's, and/or new implementations before they go to the production database to ensure everything is working properly.

Partners with HR IT to integrate new systems and apply compliance changes

Escalates unresolved issues to Regional T&A/Payroll Leader as appropriate

T&A/Payroll, IT, and/or project management experience or similar relevant experience

Experience with executing system implementations and projects

Analytical skills to identify trends and drive results

Able to work with different projects and prioritize activities

Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization and communication skills.
